How do I contact you?

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payments can be made with credit cards, longterm care insurance, employer sponsored pre-tax accounts, and family trusts.

Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?

We are private pay only and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

What if our loved one moves?

Our caregivers are trained to assist clients as they transition to skilled nursing or assisted  living communities. We help our clients adjust as best they can by providing emotional support and continuity of care.  We also offer 24/7 care in these facilities. 

How soon can I have a qualified caregiver in my home?

The need for a caregiver can be unexpected and urgent. When possible we prefer having a few days lead time to identify a good personality match for your loved one. Our hope is to develop long term, consistent relationships. If necessary, we can fulfill requests for service quickly . 

Do you provide emergency or same day services?

Yes, in the case of an emergency or hospital discharge we can provide staffing within a few hours. 

What do you need to start the process?

Can I meet the caregiver before we begin?

Yes, you can meet the caregiver in person or on the phone. For urgent requests, a caregiver will be assigned based on availability.
