Charlyn never liked dogs, but that changed when she met Rocky, my cockapoo. After some hesitation, she agreed to pat him. Not long after, Rocky was on her bed with his head on her lap. This was the beginning of a wonderful friendship between the two.

She was 78 and always on the move. She didn’t have to depend on a fitbit activity tracker to get her going. Her fitness routine kept her relevant and independent. She was able to get in and out of a car, play bridge and when she had time, take walks with me.  Read the rest here.
