Carolyn brings out the best in her clients because of her ability to listen to them & create meaningful experiences for them. Previously she was a public relations executive in health care. She is a writer & her work has appeared in People magazine. She is a Dementia Capable Care Care Partner.

Norma Solberg, founder & companion

Norma focuses on individual strengths and helps clients find joy & humor. She has been a care companion to new mothers and elders. With an allied health profession background, she has experience in assessing client needs, navigating the health system and advocating for individuals.

Leslie Adelsheim, companion

Clients enjoy Leslie's gentle manner and benefit from her experience as an occupational therapist. She is a practicing Certified Holistic Health Counselor Nutritionist & received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Previously she worked with Springwell.

Cindy Wechter, companion

Cindy is a licensed social worker and has worked in community mental health organizations and in private practice. She worked at a Brigham & Women's Hospital satellite clinic for several years. She has been a volunteer for Jewish Family & Children's Services, helping them reconnect with things they enjoy.

Rebecca Reilly, companion

Rebecca is a certified Dementia Practitioner and has a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Massachusetts. She respects and honors the life experiences of each individual. She is a chef, trained at the Cordon Bleu and LeNotre-Plaisir in France. She combines her knowledge of food, nutrition and the importance of culture to connect with her clients. Rebecca is also a cookbook author.
